By accessing or using LetsPut, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LetsPut. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

3.3 Session Management
Your login sessions remain active for 48 hours. After this period, you will need to log in again. We implement this for your security and privacy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share on LetsPut ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant LetsPut a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
5.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
5.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LetsPut, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design, are the exclusive property of LetsPut or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
7. Privacy

8. Prohibited Activities
In addition to the Acceptable Use provisions, you specifically agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
- Share your account credentials with third parties

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
9. Termination
9.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (when available).
9.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to LetsPut at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Technical or security reasons
9.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may delete your account and all associated data. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
10. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Platform will be corrected
- The Platform will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETSPUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LetsPut, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
